The hotel is conveniently located near the British council's building, making it perfect for visiting Souq Mubarakiya and Kuwait Towers. The staff was over efficient, asking for a small fee for ice cups, but they were very helpful and professional. The dining experience was significantly improved at the 22nd-floor restaurant. However, the rooms, though good and big, were compromised by noise from the adjacent elevator and the air ducts near the windows.
